Course Overview
This course focuses on ways in which entrepreneurs recognize opportunities, generate ideas, and organize resources to plan successful ventures that enable them to achieve their goals. Students will create a venture plan for a school-based or student-run business. Through hands-on experiences, students will have opportunities to develop the values, traits, and skills most often associated with successful entrepreneurs.

UNIT ONE
Enterprising People and Entrepreneurship

This unit will introduce the students to the foundations of entrepreneurship. This will allow the students to get started with the learning of entrepreneurship.

UNIT TWO
Ideas and Opportunities for Ventures

In this unit, students will analyse the prospects of entrepreneurship by getting to know the skills, characteristics and other features of entrepreneurs.

UNIT THREE
The Benefits of a Venture Plan

This unit will equip the students with the knowledge of venture plans and how to make them.

UNIT FOUR
Developing and Completing a Venture Plan for a Proposed Business

This unit will completely enable the students to conduct research, analysis, etc. in order to start entrepreneurship effectively. Students will be able to complete venture plans properly.
